A shocking championship change took place on tonight’s WWE Raw show from Seattle.
Last week, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez earned a shot at the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship with a victory over Dakota Kai and IYO SKY.
The match against champions Becky Lynch and Lita was set for tonight’s show, but the match didn’t go down as expected.
Lita was attacked backstage prior to the match, with Trish Stratus stepping in to defend on behalf of her fellow Hall of Famer.
However, the match didn’t go as planned for the champs, as Liv Morgan rolled up Stratus to win the titles for her and Raquel.
After the match, Becky raised Trish’s arm, before Trish attacked Lynch from behind, laying her out with the Chick Kick.
