A big heel turn took place at today’s WWE Stand & Deliver premium live event ahead of WrestleMania 41 night one.

At WWE Vengeance Day, the NXT roster saw the arrival of the dangerous new group known as Darkstate, when the quartet of Dion Lennox, Cutler James, Saquon Shugars and Osiris Griffin laid waste to many top members of the NXT roster.

In the weeks since, the D’Angelo Family have been butting heads with Darkstate, with Stacks providing the intel on the group ahead of a match at Stand and Deliver.

In the past few months, there has been some tension between Tony D’Angelo and Channing Stacks Lorenzo, leading to speculation of a potential break up between the two.

The tension was a key part of the match, with Tony offering the crowbar to Stacks, who refused to use it, before he ended up going low on Tony, turning on the Family.

Darkstate would end up winning the match, with Dion Lennox pinning Tony D’Angelo.

Two title changes at Stand & Deliver saw Hank Walker & Tank Ledger defeat Fraxiom, and Sol Ruca win the Women’s North American Title ladder match.
