AEW has seen several big debuts and returns in 2022 so far, but just who amongst them has drawn the highest level of interest from fans?
Per Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, we now have a comprehensive list of the most searched for AEW stars of 2022 so far, per Google Trends.
Top of the list is Paige VanZant, who came in with a total of 0.80. VanZant is famous from the world of MMA, which explains her place at the top of the list.
Rounding out the top 5 are Paul Wight with 0.70, CM Punk with 0.61, Jeff Hardy with 0.46 and Jon Moxley with 0.44.
Various stars saw their numbers rise greatly for specific months, such as Toni Storm jumping to 0.75 for the month of March when she made her debut, or MJF rising to 0.53 in May during his contract saga with the company.
