On tonight’s WWE SmackDown (April 21) there was a hilarious botch during one of the big matches of the night.
In an episode that sees two big title opportunities, there was also a grudge match between the team of Braun Strowman and Ricochet taking on The Viking Raiders.
With several amusing moments coming through the match (including Strowman’s now signature run around the ring), Michael Cole on commentary said that the team called themselves “Jacked, Tan and Juicy”.
However all that wasn’t enough to prevent a hilarious botch during the match when Strowman was clearly attempting to throw Ricochet into Ivar and things didn’t go quite to plan.
With the move’s execution seeming as though Strowman was just miscellaneously assaulting his partner, it was not an actual betrayal rather a misstep.
The match continued without incident with in the end, Strowman and Ricochet picking up the victory.
Elsewhere on tonight’s WWE SmackDown, the build for Backlash continues as a new challenger emerged for WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest taunted Bad Bunny.
