Hilarious Championship Botch On WWE’s Website

Well there’s been a lot of heavy news stories this week, but here’s something from WWE that might lighten your mood on this Friday morning.

WWE made record profits in the billions of dollars last year, but that doesn’t mean the company’s own website knows the difference between its championship belts.

On the roster page, new NXT UK Tag Team Champions Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter as listed as such… except WWE has photoshopped the NXT Tag Team Championship belts onto them, not the UK ones.

The current NXT (not UK) Tag Team Champions are of course the Creed Brothers, Brutus and Julius, who won the gold from Pretty Deadly at In Your House.

Here’s evidence that I’m not making this up. I don’t know why you’d think I would make it up like I don’t have anything better to do, but here you go anyway:
