How the next holder of a vacant WWE Championship is set to be determined has now been confirmed, with the first participant announced.

The WWE ID Women’s Championship was vacated back in September, when inaugural champion Kylie Rae announced her pregnancy, leading to her vacating the belt.

With the title vacant for two months, we now have more information on how the next champion will be determined.

ID on Twitter announced that a Six-Way Elimination match will take place on November 17 at Wrestling Open, with the winner earning the championship as well as an ID contract.

BREAKING…. WWE ID and @WrestlingOpenRI have compiled a long list of prospects to compete for the vacant WWE ID Women’s Championship on 11/17 in Cranston, RI.

To give more competitors the opportunity to become champion and earn a WWE ID contract, the card for Wrestling Open on 11/17 will feature:

Six-Way Elimination Match Main Event to determine the new champion!

The top 5 prospects will be announced by tomorrow. There will be a multi-person one fall match to open the event.

The winner of this match will become the 6th entrant in the main event title match! Follow this X account for breaking news on the entrants!

Later, WWE ID confirmed that Brittnie Brooks will be the first confirmed participant in the match.
