A new report has indicated how long Chris Jericho is expected to be out of action for after suffering a legitimate injury at Blood & Guts.
While everyone was busy moaning about Chris Jericho’s bump off the cage, they didn’t realise he’d ironically dislocated his elbow on the fall.
Dave Meltzer reports in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the injury will keep Jericho out for 4-6 weeks.
He’s still expected to be in the Stadium Stampede, and obviously the cinematic nature of that can keep him fairly safe if need be.
The Stadium Stampede challenge was made by the Pinnacle’s leader MJF this past Wednesday for Double Or Nothing on May 30, but the match isn’t actually official yet.
The added stipulation that MJF proposed to Chris Jericho is that if the Inner Circle loses, they’ll have to disband forever.
