Huge Number One Contender’s Triple Threat Match Set For Next Week’s WWE Raw

Tonight’s WWE Raw was the post-Survivor Series Show. Prior to the show going live, WWE had only announced one match for the show, which was Alexa Bliss vs. Nikki Cross.

During the show, Adam Pearce announced 3 one-on-one matches. The winner of each match would qualify for a Triple Threat Match next week. The winner of the Triple Threat will become the Number One Contender to Drew McIntyre’s WWE Championship.

Match one featured Matt Riddle vs. Sheamus. This was probably the best match of the night. The two men battled in an extremely intense physical match. In the end, Riddle won and became the first to qualify.

The second match was Keith Lee vs. Bobby Lashley. This match was going great, then the ending happened. For some inexplicable reason, MVP attacked Keith Lee and got Lashley disqualified. Keith Lee moves on to next week’s match.

The final match was AJ Styles vs. Randy Orton. AJ Styles wins after The Fiend distracts Randy Orton.

That’s it. AJ Styles, Riddle, and Lee will be facing off next week to see who gets to challenge Drew McIntyre at TLC. WrestleTalk will have live coverage of the show as always.
