Following the Title Tuesday edition of Dynamite, a huge return has been announced for this Saturday’s AEW WrestleDream event.
At AEW All Out, Hangman Adam Page defeated Swerve Strickland in a Lights Out Steel Cage main event.
Since then, fans haven’t seen Strickland on AEW programming. However, his name has been mentioned on many occasions.
On the September 25 Grand Slam edition of AEW Dynamite, MVP made his debut and called out Prince Nana for his failure in managing Strickland.
On the October 8 Title Tuesday episode of Dynamite, it was announced that Swerve Strickland will make his return to the company at AEW WrestleDream.
A training video featuring Swerve and EJ Nduka was shown before the announcement was seen. Then, fans saw both MVP and Shelton Benjamin watching the video.
It remains to be seen what Swerve will do or say during WrestleDream at the time of this writing.
