HUGE Star Returns on WWE Raw!

On last night’s episode of Raw, Dean Ambrose shocked the WWE Universe by returning to help his former Shield brother Seth Rollins.

Earlier in the night, we heard that at SummerSlam, Seth would be allowed to have someone with him at ringside in his match with Dolph Ziggler for the Intercontinental Championship.

After Ziggler signed the contract, Seth came out to say how sick and tired he was of dealing with Dolph and Drew McIntyre two on one, and that perhaps he needed a “lunatic in his corner”.

Cue massive crowd pop and Dean and Seth beating down on Dolphintyre.

A pretty effective way of bringing Dean back, and it was certainly not the return anyone expected. Many will have expected him to return at SummerSlam to even the odds, particularly given how huge the show is.

Either way, it was great to see Dean back on Raw, and it looks like he’s had a nice haircut and bulked up a bit, both of which will put him in Vince McMahon’s good books.

Coincidentally, his real life wife Renee Young had a brilliant night on her first night as Raw commentator – hopefully we’ll be seeing a lot more of both of them in the future.
