Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa will reunite as #DIY at WWE Worlds Collide on January 25 in a huge inter-brand tag team match.
The former NXT Tag Team Champions will take another duo who held those titles, NXT UK’s Moustache Mountain team of Trent Seven and Tyler Bate.
On tonight’s NXT, Gargano saved Ciampa from an in-ring beatdown at the hands of all four members of Undisputed ERA.
Seeing the two in the ring together was enough for Seven to tweet: “See @JohnnyGargano and @NXTCiampa are mates again @Tyler_Bate … Wouldn’t it be wonderful if they could stay mates long enough to fight us? Moustache Mountain vs #DIY? What do you say @RealKingRegal? Possibly #WorldsCollide?”
Later in the show, the match was made official.
