A report has revealed the current front-runner city to host Royal Rumble 2022, following WWE’s announcement of over 30 new live event dates.
As per Fightful Select (subscription required), the current front-runner to host the January pay-per-view event is St. Louis, Missouri. The report also noted that individuals Fightful spoke to a month ago were under the impression that St Louis would host Royal Rumble 2022.
It was also pointed out that it had been speculated that Seattle had been considered as the host city, however Fightful didn’t confirm whether or not these rumors were true.
Earlier today (August 16) WWE officially revealed that Survivor Series 2021 is set to air from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, on November 21. It has previously been reported The Rock is scheduled to return to WWE for this annual show.
WWE has also officially announced the date and location for the final pay-per-view of 2021.
