Oh man, AJ Styles reportedly is going to have a very interesting WrestleMania opponent. Mandatory is currently reporting that The Undertaker is penciled in to face Styles in Tampa Bay.
Styles is currently recovering from a shoulder injury he suffered at the Royal Rumble. He suffered the injury taking a spear from the returning Edge, before being quickly eliminated from the match. WWE did report that he was ahead of schedule and the injury was not as serious as initially thought.
This would be the first time Styles and The Undertaker will have wrestled in their careers. Undertaker has competed on a very limited schedule for the last number of years. While a dream match with Styles has seemed at least possible at times, it has never come to pass.
Styles is currently set to return at Super Showdown. He will compete in a Gauntlet match for the Tuwaiq Trophy with his opponents being Andrade, Bobby Lashley, Erick Rowan, R-Truth, and Rusev.
