Hulk Hogan Calls WWE Hall Of Famer The Best Wrestler Of All Time

While Hulk Hogan may not have been the best worker bell-to-bell, he is without a doubt one of the biggest stars in wrestling history. As such, his words carry weight, especially when he is talking about who is the best of all time.

Speaking with India Today, Hogan revealed his pick for the greatest wrestler of all time. His choice is former rival and WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair. Pretty solid pick. Here is the quote:

“Well, you know, I will gracefully accept and acknowledge that compliment because it means so much, especially coming from my peers, to say that. The guy who is my hero, and who I think is the greatest wrestler of all time, that’s Ric Flair. So I do appreciate the comment but I have a different opinion about who is the best wrestler and the greatest of all time, I have to go with Flair. It’s in his blood he laid the groundwork. He raised the bar that no one has really been able to follow as far as work ethic.”

Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair wrestled throughout the 90s, beginning with Flair arrival in WWE in 1991. It wasn’t until they met again in WCW that their rivalry really took off.

Both Hogan and Flair will be on Raw this coming week as part of WWE’s Legends Night.
