Hulk Hogan WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event Appearance Major Update WWE

A major update has been reported on Hulk Hogan’s status for WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event in San Antonio, TX.

While he was noticeably absent from the return of Saturday Night’s Main Event in Long Island, NY on December 14, Hulk Hogan was planned for an in-person appearance at the next instalment of the show in San Antonio, TX on January 25.

Hogan was heavily featured in advertisements for this week’s Saturday Night’s Main Event, marking a return to a show he was synonymous with during the 1980s.

However, according to a new report from Sportskeeda’s Dr. Chris Featherstone, Hogan will no longer be attending Saturday Night’s Main Event due to “family commitments”.

Posting to Twitter, Featherstone wrote:

I’ve been informed that Hulk Hogan will not be appearing on #SNME due to family commitments.

Hogan last appeared on WWE TV during the Raw on Netflix premiere, promoting his Real American Beer brand to the live crowd inside Los Angeles’ Intuit Dome to a chorus of boos.

The negative reaction to Hogan became one of the biggest talking points of the night, even garnering mainstream media coverage from outlets such as Variety and CNN.

More recently, WWE star CM Punk threw a jab at the Hulkster during Monday’s episode of Raw, vowing to “throw his dusty ass” out of the Royal Rumble if Hogan decide to enter.
