The identities of the two security guards used during Goldberg’s WrestleMania 36 entrance ahead of his match against Braun Strowman have been revealed.
‘The Local Competitor’ on Twitter, who does a very good job of tracking these things, tweeted out that one that of the security guards was Chico Adams.
If you recognise his name and/or face in the above thumbnail, that’s probably because he appeared on the March 25 episode of AEW Dynamite in a loss to Jake Hager. He’s also been used as an extra by WWE multiple times previously.
That technically means he’s the first wrestler to appear on an AEW show then on a WWE show, which is a nice little thing to be able to say for yourself I imagine.
The other security guard was Alex Pax/Alejandro Sanchez. Both guys trained with The Wild Samoan Afa’s World X-treme Wrestling promotion.
Goldberg dropped the Universal Championship to Braun Strowman in the match, despite Strowman being a replacement for Roman Reigns who pulled out due to health concerns.
