New IMPACT Tag Team Champions Crowned On March 16 IMPACT Wrestling

New Knockouts Tag Team Champions were crowned on the March 16 episode of IMPACT Wrestling bringing an end to the story of a now-former champion.

On the episode, The Death Dollz (Rosemary & Taya Valkyrie) took on The Coven (Taylor Wilde & KiLynn King) with the IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Tag Team Championship on the line.

By the time this episode made it to our screens, Valkyrie had already made her AEW debut on the Wednesday March 15 episode of Dynamite.

KiLynn King, by contrast, had hoped in the other direction, joining IMPACT Wrestling after appearing in AEW.

It would be King pinning Valkyrie that would lead to the Death Dollz reign as TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions coming to an end.

The Death Dollz reign lasted 160 days from Bound for Glory in October 2022 when they defeated VXT (Chelsea Green & Deonna Purrazzo).

VXT won the belts from Ragnarok, the team of Rosemary & Taya Valkyrie) in August 2022 at Countdown to Emergence.

It was recently revealed that Valkyrie is still scheduled to complete her upcoming dates for MLW in April.
