IMPACT Wrestling Spoilers From January 9 TV Tapings

**The following article contains spoilers for the IMPACT Wrestling tapings held last night (January 9),  turn away if you do not wish to be spoiled**

Following Saturday’s (January 8) Hard To Kill pay-per-view, IMPACT held a TV taping at The Bomb Factory in Dallas, Texas on Sunday.

the event featured a number of championship matches, with a major title change taking place. The Forbidden Door was also propped open, with several ROH names making multiple appearances throughout the night. (spoilers ahead)

Here are the results from the taping (courtesy of Marvin Pruitt, via F4WOnline):

  • W. Morrissey cut a promo on Moose, challenging him for the title. Moose denied Morrissey, saying he is giving the shot to someone else.
  • The ROH group that appeared at Hard to Kill (Mike Bennett, Matt Taven, Vincent, PCO and Maria Kanellis) put D’Lo Brown, through a table.
  • Laredo Kid def. Chris Bey.
  • Speedball Mike Bailey def. Jake Something.
  • Masha Slamovich def. a local competitor.
  • Josh Alexander cuts promo on wanting Impact World title shot without any more distractions. Charlie Haas interrupted and challenged Alexander. After a brawl, Alexander accepted the challenge.
  • Moose (c) def. Zicky Dice – IMPACT World Championship
  • JONAH def. Raj Singh
  • Deonna Purrazzo def. Rok-C (c) – ROH Women’s Championship. The ROH group came out and confronted Purrazzo after the match. Rehwoldt, Rich Swann, and Willie Mack came out for the save but were laid out.
  • The Influence def. Havok in a handicap match. The Influence had jumped Rosemary prior to the match.
  • Tasha Steelz def. Chelsea Green. Steelz confronted James after the match which led to a brawl, with Steelz and Samantha Evans attacking James. Green made the save for James.
  • W. Morrissey def. Zicky Dice and VSK in a handicap match. Morrisey cut a promo saying that if he didn’t get a title shot, he would go find Moose.
  • Jonathan Gresham def. Steve Maclin – ROH World Championship.
  • Doc Gallows & Joe Doering def. Heath & Rhino following interference from Deaner.
  • Josh Alexander def. Charlie Haas.
  • The ROH group attacked Alexander, Haas, Sabin, Swann, Mack, Heath, and Rhino, who had come out to try and make the save. Eddie Edwards came out with a kendo stick to clean house. Maria Kanellis said that there was honor no more. Edwards said that we are Impact and we will not be disrespected.
