IMPACT World Champion Moose has revealed that he’s currently working through an injury.
In an interview with PWInsider, Moose revealed that he recently suffered a torn labrum. Moose noted that at some point, he will take an extended break from wrestling to deal with the issue, but plans to work through the injury for now.
Moose last wrestled at IMPACT No Surrender, defending his title against W.Morrissey. He filmed angles at Sunday’s TV taping, but wasn’t in action. You can read spoilers from the taping at this link.
Winning the IMPACT World Title at Bound For Glory 2021, Moose has held the gold for over 120 days, the longest stint with the championship since Rich Swann’s 183 day reign that ended in April 2021.
We will provide updates on Moose’s injury as they become available.
