Eric Young recently returned to IMPACT Wrestling. Young was immediately inserted into the World Championship picture and attacked Rich Swann.
The vicious attack led to Swann saying he might be done with wrestling. However, it is professional wrestling and you know no one seems to ever actually be done. Everyone always has another match in them.

This is the case for Rich Swann. Today on IMPACT, he cut a passionate promo about wanting to get revenge on Young for his attack on him and the attack on Eddie Edwards.
Swann demanded a match at Bound For Glory. Initially, Scott D’Amore refused Swann’s request.
However, Eric Young appeared during the segment. After that appearance, D’Amore relented and made the match official.

Bound For Glory is scheduled for October 24. Young and Swann both competed at Slammiversary in the Fatal 4-Way where Eddie Edwards ultimately pinned Ace Austin to win the vacant IMPACT title.
