IMPACT has announced a #1 contender four-way match for Emergence to determine the next challenger for the IMPACT World Championship.
On the August 13 episode of AEW Rampage, Christian Cage pinned Kenny Omega to win the IMPACT World Title. It was previously announced that Cage will defend the gold at Emergence on August 20 against Brian Myers.
IMPACT has now revealed at Emergence, Moose, Chris Sabin, Sami Callihan and Ace Austin will do battle for the right to face the IMPACT World Champion. IMPACT announced the contest on Twitter:

Before Cage’s Rampage victory, Kenny Omega’s last successful defence of the IMPACT World Championship was over Callihan at Slammiversary last month.
At Triplemania XXIX on August 14, Omega pinned Andrade El Idolo to retain his AAA Mega Championship. According to a new report, a different finish was originally planned for the title match.
WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair accompanied Andrade to the ring at Triplemania, before getting physical in the AAA ring.
