Following this week’s episode of IMPACT Wrestling, four matches were announced for next week’s episode, due to air on Thursday, August 9.

Austin Aries will defend his IMPACT World Championship against Eddie Edwards following an attack with a kendo stick to the ‘Greatest Man That Ever Lived’. This occured after the champ’s physical altercation with Anthony Carelli.
In addition, Pentagon Jr. vs. Matt Sydal was also announced for next week, as well as the Desi Hit Squad vs. Taiji Ishimori and Petey Williams.
The wife of the number one contender for the IMPACT World Championship, Alisha Edwards, will make her return next week to face off against Tessa Blanchard as well.
These all sound like great prospects, time will tell if IMPACT Wrestling can continue its great streak.
