Rae recently made her return to wrestling at an independent show after being released from AEW. The reason why she decided to request her release from the promotion is not yet known.

It is also unclear whether this will be a one-off appearance for the popular wrestler, or if she will be wrestling a lot more with Impact Wrestling moving forward.
