It was reported today that Jordynne Grace was not actually signed to Impact Wrestling, and the promotion is apparently desperately trying to sign her to a deal. The news just gets worse for Impact, as its Knockout’s division could be dealt another blow as Scarlett Bordeaux reportedly wants out.
Per PWInsider, Bordeaux approached backstage officials last week and reportedly requested her release from Impact. She signed with the promotion in 2018 but did not have her debut match until late March 2019 where she pinned Glenn Gilbertti (formerly WCW’s Disco Inferno).
Scarlett’s contract is reportedly ending in the summer, it is believed that her current deal is only a pay-per-appearance agreement rather than a guaranteed contract. This is bad news for Impact, with another top star in Killer Kross looking to leave the promotion after the two parties failed to agree terms on a new contract.
