Imperium’s Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel began their second reign as NXT Tag Team Champions on tonight’s Halloween Havoc show.
The match was Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal, and the wheel decided that the tag team match would be a Lumber-Jack O’ Lantern match, featuring various NXT 2.0 roster members around the ring.
Imperium would go on to defeat the former champions MSK to win the match and capture the championship for the second time.
Imperium’s first reign occured in 2020, when they dethroned Matt Riddle and Timothy Thatcher (who was standing in for Pete Dunne), before being dethroned by Breezango.
