The first-ever holder of a newly introduced WWE championship has officially been crowned.
WWE launched it’s new Evolve show back in March, with the show serving as a secondary show for NXT, and featuring names from NXT, WWE ID and the Performance Center.
WWE Evolve Prime Minister Stevie Turner announced and unveiled the new WWE Evolve Championships recently, one for the men and one for the women.
The first Women’s Evolve Champion was set to be crowned on tonight’s episode of Evolve, with Wendy Choo, Kylie Rae, Kendal Grey and Kali Armstrong set to take part in a four-way to determine the inaugural champion.
In the end, it was Kali Armstrong who picked up the victory, officially being crowned the inaugural Women’s Evolve Champion.
The inaugural men’s Evolve Champion will be crowned next week, when Edris Enofe, Keanu Carver, Sean Legacy and Jackson Drake face off for the title.
