An independent wrestling promoter has claimed former WWE star No Way Jose stole his money in order to attend an AEW tryout.
Taking to Twitter, promoter Graeme Keam accused No Way Jose, real name Levis Valenzuela, of flying to Orlando to wrestle for AEW, after he had bought him a plane ticket. Keam claimed Jose had agreed to work a show for him, hence the purchasing of the plane ticket.
Keam posted:
“No way Jose stole my money and flew to Orlando to appear on AEW Dark on my plane ticket. He lied to me all day.”
Jose has not responded to these claims, and as of right now, these really are just accusations and so please treat it as such.
Jose will be on an upcoming episode of AEW Dark, teaming with Vary Morales to take on the former Bear Country, who are now called the Iron Savages.
