Indie Wrestler Rex Bacchus Passes Away Aged 35

It is with a heavy heart that we can report that indie wrestler Rex Bacchus has passed away at the age of 35 following a long battle with cancer.

Team Vision Dojo, where Bacchus started training in 2015, informed Wrestling Inc of his passing last night. We understand that he passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones at home.

His final match came at a charity event in which he defeated “Cancer” in a deathmatch. You can see an Instagram from Team Vision below which confirmed his passing.

It’s always incredibly hard to lose someone, especially at a young age and when it’s an incredible person. You were always there and a huge part of the team. Rex came to the Dojo in 2015, after years in comedy, looking to break into the wrestling industry. Rex worked extremely hard & was there for anyone that needed him. You will be missed greatly, loved & always remembered. #RIPRex
