Another Injured AEW Star Nearing A Return

There has been an update on another injured AEW star who is believed to be nearing a return to the ring soon.

In recent months on AEW and ROH programming, Darius Martin has been a part of a team with Action Andretti following the injury to his brother Dante Martin.

Dante has been out of action after suffering a horrific injury at ROH Supercard of Honor back in March, when he took a Canadian Destroyer outside the ring and through a table.

In an update from Fightful Select (subscription required), Dante Martin was backstage at a recent AEW show, with him nearing a return from injury.

Ian Riccaboni noted on commentary in July that Dante was then ahead of schedule and was healing up while his brother Darius Martin worked on the ROH brand alongside Andretti.

Fightful note that they have not heard of any creative plans for Dante as of now.

Another long-injured AEW star was backstage at a recent show, and is potentially set to make a return to the ring soon, which you can see here.
