An injured NXT star has been spotted in Pittsburgh ahead of tonight’s WWE Raw.
On the August 19 edition of SmackDown, Toxic Attraction’s Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne defeated Natalya and Sonya Deville to advance in the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Tournament.
On August 22, WWE announced that Gigi Dolin suffered an injury and Toxic Attraction had been removed from the tournament.
In their place, Natalya and Sonya Deville won a “Last Chance” Fatal Four Way Match before losing to Raquel Rodriguez and Aliyah who moved on to the finals.
Per PWInsider, an Elite subscriber for the website sent word that they spotted Gigi Dolin in Pittsburgh ahead of the August 26 edition of WWE Raw.
Following the announcement of Dolin’s injury, it was revealed that the former two-time NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion suffered a concussion.
It remains to be seen if she will be featured on tonight’s broadcast, but we will be covering the show, so stay tuned to our main page.
