Injured WWE Star Shares Training Video Six Months After Injury WWE

A WWE star has shared a new training video six months after they were sidelined with an ACL tear earlier this year.

WWE NXT star Cora Jade made her return to the brand back at the NXT Deadline event in December, where she laid out NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria.

Shortly after the show however, Cora suffered a torn ACL, MCL and meniscus injury at an NXT live event during a match with Valkyria, which has kept her out of action for the past six months.

Taking to Twitter today six months after suffering the injury, Cora shared a video of her working out on her injured leg.

She wrote:

155lbs x6, 6 months post torn ACL, MCL & meniscus

(working on getting the depth back I don’t wanna hear it)

We wish Cora a full and complete recovery from her injury.
