There has been a spoiler on an interesting name present backstage at tonight’s WWE NXT No Mercy event in Denver.
Tonight’s show is set to feature a number of matches featuring stars of TNA Wrestling, with Joe Hendry set to challenge Ethan Page for the NXT Championship in the show’s main event.
The other match featuring TNA talent will see Wes Lee face off against his former tag team partner Zachary Wentz following his recent betrayal of the Rascalz.
Lee betrayed both Wentz and Trey Miguel following MSK’s NXT Tag Team Championship match defeat to Axiom and Nathan Frazer, with the two set for a grudge match on tonight’s show.
However, Wentz won’t be the only former Rascal present, as PWInsider is reporting that TNA Wrestling star Trey Miguel is backstage at tonight’s WWE NXT No Mercy event.
Wentz captured the TNA X-Division Championship at Friday’s TNA Emergence pay-per-view, and has since said that he will be appearing on tonight’s show with the gold.
However, there’s been no announcement that the title will actually be on the line.
