Could Sasha Banks be training for a WWE in-ring return after a new snap posted to Instagram showed some very interesting gear?
Is it wishful thinking, an attempt to manifest or just blind delusion at this point?
While that answer remains unclear but here we go, let’s examine another social media post by Mercedes Varnado and hope against hope it means she’s returning to WWE soon!
Both Mercedes Varnado (aka Sasha Banks) and Trinity Fatu (aka Naomi) have been living their best lives, attending multiple high profile red carpet appearances and walking the runway for fashion shows, amongst other fabulous activities.
With Triple H in charge of creative, it seemed that rumors were indicating the return was within our grasp but as the weeks fade to months, there had been very little movement.
Until today when Mercedes posted a snap to her IG stories with the animation caption reading “It’s Go Time.”
Seated amongst what appears to be wrestling shoes, a knee brace and a few bananas, it sure looks like Mercedes might be doing some in-ring training.
… or she’s doing one of those boxing workout classes. But maybe, just maybe… she’s really training for an impending WWE in-ring return!
Sasha Banks and Naomi have been away from WWE screens since May 2022 when they walked out in advance of a SmackDown taping citing concerns.
