Jack Evans Pulled From IMPACT Slammiversary, Replacement Revealed AEW

Former AEW star Jack Evans has been pulled from tonight’s IMPACT Slammiversary pay-per-view.

Evans was originally slated to compete in the X-Division Title Ultimate X bout on tonight’s show, against “Speedball” Mike Bailey, Kenny King, Trey Miguel, Alex Zayne and champion Ace Austin.

IMPACT has confirmed that Evans will no longer be competing in the bout, with Andrew Everett taking his place.

IMPACT shared the announcement on social media, writing:

BREAKING: Out of an abundance of caution following an injury this weekend, @JackEvans711 has been pulled from today’s Ultimate-X match. He will be replaced in the X- Division Title showdown by @_AndrewEverett!

Here’s the updated line-up for the show:

  • Josh Alexander vs. Eric Young – IMPACT World Championship
  • Queen of the Mountain match: Tasha Steelz vs. Deonna Purrazzo vs. Chelsea Green vs. Mia Yim vs. Jordynne Grace – Knockouts Championship
  • Ultimate X match: Ace Austin vs. “Speedball” Mike Bailey vs. Kenny King vs. Trey Miguel vs. Andrew Everett vs. Alex Zayne – X Division Championship
  • The Briscoes vs. The Good Brothers – IMPACT Tag Team Championship 
  • The Influence vs. Taya Valkyrie & Rosemary – IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Championship
  • Monster’s Ball match: Moose vs. Sami Callihan
  • Honor No More (Mike Bennett, Matt Taven, Eddie Edwards, PCO & Vincent) vs. IMPACT Originals (Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, Frankie Kazarian, Nick Aldis & TBA)
  • Countdown pre-show: Rich Swann vs. Brian Myers – IMPACT Digital Media Championship
  • Countdown pre-show: Reverse battle royal
