On this week’s episode of AEW Rampage, Atlas wrestled Adam Cole in singles action. Atlas seemingly picked up a knee injury in the match, favouring his leg during the match, and not standing for Cole’s Panama Sunrise.
After the match taping on Wednesday, Atlas reportedly required crutches, and was scheduled for an MRI. On Twitter, Atlas commented on his Rampage debut, noting that he’s proud of his performance.
Promising that he won’t be out of action for long, Atlas tweeted:
“I’m so freaking proud of that match. Thank you @AdamColePro for pushing me to give you ME. My knee will be just fine. Thank you guys for your concern. I won’t be gone long! #AEWRampage”

We will continue to provide updates on Atlas’ condition as they become available.
We wish Jake Atlas a safe and healthy recovery.
