Jay Lethal appears to have turned heel following his match at ROH Supercard of Honor.
In the closing moments of a competitive bout, Lethal hit Lee Moriarty with a low blow, before nailing the rising star with a Lethal Injection for the victory.
Lethal seemed to feel conflicted by the circumstances surrounding his win, holding his head in his hands, until Matt Sydal entered the ring to confront the former ROH World Champion.
Lethal then kicked Sydal’s crutches away and began to beat him down, until Sonjay Dutt stopped the attack and walked Lethal to the back.
