Jeff Hardy AEW Contract Update

Jeff Hardy AEW Contract Update AEW

Following the TNA return of his brother Matt, a new report has revealed an update on the AEW contract status of Jeff Hardy.

On April 1, Matt Hardy became a free agent after his contract with All Elite Wrestling expired after four years with the promotion.

At TNA Rebellion 2024. Broken Matt Hardy made his return to the company to lay out TNA World Champion Moose after his main event win over Nic Nemeth.

This led some fans to wonder if the former “Brother Nero” would be joining Broken Matt in Total Nonstop Action anytime soon.

Fightful Select (subscription required) provided an update, noting that Jeff Hardy’s deal with the promotion was set to expire sometime in the Spring 2024, based on what Hardy told other talent at recent conventions.

Originally, it was believed that All Elite Wrestling had extended Jeff’s deal into 2025 due to injury and sabbatical time off. However, this was not the case as of March.

When Hardy was signed to AEW years ago, it was reported that it was done in a way that Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy’s contracts matched up. However, it now seems that their deals are not that far off from one another.

WrestleTalk will provide any further updates on Jeff Hardy’s AEW contract status when they become available.
