The trial between Jeff Jarrett & Global Wrestling Entertainment and Anthem is currently ongoing and there has been a new update on the developments.
PWInsider is reporting that Jarrett and GWE – which is the parent company of Global Force Wrestling – have dropped two claims against IMPACT Wrestling parent company Anthem.
One of those claims is of Federal Trademark Infringement and Counterfeiting of the GFW brand.
The other is the allegation that Anthem created Unfair Competition under Tennessee common law by their usage of the GFW brand.
Jeff Jarrett and GWE hit Anthem with the lawsuit in August 2018 regarding the usage of GFW Amped content.
