Jeff Jarrett To Wrestle First Match On Raw Since 1999

Jeff Jarrett, with the Roadie in his corner, will take on Elias on this coming Monday’s episode of Raw.

Jarrett made his WWE return entering number two in the Royal Rumble match last Sunday, cutting off an Elias opening performance, before being eliminated by the ‘Sinister Songsmith’.

Elias was cut off once more by Jarrett, who this time had the Roadie with him, on last week’s Raw, before once again Elias launched an assault.

It was reported last week that Jarrett was signed by WWE as a producer, joining the likes of newcomers Abyss and Sonjay Dutt as part of the backstage team.

Another new match confirmed for next week’s Raw is Finn Bálor vs. Bobby Lashley. Last week, Bálor was in the ring addressing his loss to Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble, before the IC Champion and Lio Rush cut him off.

The two came to blows with Lashley and Lio eventually standing tall, and Lio claiming that the ‘All Mighty’ is bigger, stronger and better than Universal Champion Lesnar.

Also confirmed for Raw are Nikki Cross & Alicia Fox vs. Bayley & Sasha Banks in an Elimination Chamber qualifier, and former Raw GM Kurt Angle will address his WWE future.
