An update has emerged on the plans for Jelly Roll when he returns to WWE on the March 13 episode of SmackDown.
Last week, WWE announced that Jelly Roll would be making his return to the company on SmackDown, with just weeks to go until WrestleMania.
A new update has now emerged on exactly what Jelly Roll’s SmackDown appearance will entail, as it’s been announced he’ll be interviewed on Miz TV.
The Miz posted on Threads:
“Tomorrow a Special Edition of Miz TV, my guest… JELLYROLL Music superstar. Chart-topper. Sold-out arenas everywhere.
“But tomorrow he enters the one arena he’s never been in before… The Miz TV interview chair.
“SmackDown. Tomorrow. USA Network. It’s going to be AWESOME.”
What Could Happen With Jelly Roll & Miz TV On WWE SmackDown
The last time we saw Jelly Roll on WWE TV was at SummerSlam 2025 where he and Randy Orton were defeated in tag team action by Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul.
With WrestleMania coming up, it would appear that all three of those names are already pre-occupied.
Orton has a WWE Championship match against Cody Rhodes, McIntyre looks set to collide with Jacob Fatu, and Paul is involved with The Vision on Raw.
Meanwhile, The Miz was recently introduced to Danhausen, who seems very keen on the idea of Miz mentoring him – so it’s possible there could be a Jelly Roll and Danhausen interaction on SmackDown.
There’s no confirmation as of yet that Jelly Roll is set to wrestle at WrestleMania, but it wouldn’t be a surprise given his performance at SummerSlam and how well it was received.
If Jelly Roll is in fact heading to a match at Mania, The Miz is someone WWE would likely trust in the position of being his opponent.
