WWE star Jey Uso has addressed a potential singles run for brother Jimmy Uso following the reunion of the Usos on WWE television.
At SummerSlam 2023, Jimmy Uso turned on his brother Jey Uso during the show’s main event, which brought an end to the pair’s time as a tag team.
However, the Usos are now back together after over two years, with them set to team up together against Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed of the Vision at Wrestlepalooza tomorrow night.
During his singles run, Jey Uso captured the Intercontinental Championship and World Heavyweight Championship, alongside a Royal Rumble win this year, while Jimmy acquired no championship gold during his singles run.
Now, speaking on ESPN, Jey has addressed the possibility of Jimmy himself having his own singles run in the company.
He said:
“It’d make my heart just filled with joy man. Big E was down in FCW when we first got down there, he was down there already, so I lowkey learned the game from both of them, our style.
“But I think my brother deserves a singles championship, and he’s gonna get it. Whether it be this year or next year, Big Jim is him. He’s really him.”

Jey is currently undergoing a character change on Raw amid an ongoing rivalry with LA Knight on the show.
