Jim Cornette Reacts To Being Banned From WWE ThunderDome

Controversial wrestling personality Jim Cornette has reacted to images of him seemingly being banned from the WWE ThunderDome.

Cornette’s face was one of the many images on the list of apparent banned pictures that was accidentally shown during a recent ‘behind the scenes’ video.

Speaking on his latest Drive Thru podcast, Cornette said:

“I was gonna say ‘I’m joining CM Punk so at least I’m in some good company’, but then there’s a lot of just outright jackoffs on that list too. Enzo Amore. For every Punk there’s two Amores. So, I am flattered that obviously I’m one of the most influential people on the internet that people are trying to force my image onto the program because I won’t lower myself to appear on it in person. Because they’re not putting pictures up [on the list] of people probably unless people have tried insert those images, wouldn’t you think and all kidding aside? Those are probably the things that most people have tried to stick in there before and/or on an ongoing basis. So I’m flattered that I’m one of those people. But I harken back to the words of Groucho Marx – I wouldn’t be a member of any club that would have me for a member, so.”

Cornette and co-host Brian Last then said that if anyone does put an image of Cornette up on the ThunderDome, they’ll get a free t-shirt.

“Yes, whoever gets me on SmackDown – just because they said we can’t. I didn’t wanna go to begin with, but now that they say ‘you can’t come’, well f**k you, so anybody that gets my face on SmackDown provably in the manner in which Brian Last just described and depicted, you get a free t-shirt of your choice.”
