# Jim Ross Diagnosed With Skin Cancer

AEW commentator Jim Ross has confirmed that he has skin cancer, after getting checked out for a[potential skin issue](https://migration-stage.wrestletalk.com/news/jim-ross-potential-skin-cancer-issue/).

Ross took to [Twitter](https://twitter.com/JRsBBQ/status/1451940807833964550) to note that he is due to determine the best treatment for his diagnosis with a radiologist. Thanking fans and talent for recent support, Ross wrote:

> “On my way to Orlando for tonight’s [@AEW](https://twitter.com/AEW)Dynamite. Skin cancer confirmed. Waiting on radiologist study to determine best treatment. Likely radiation. Feeling great and ready to attack. Thanks for the support from so many.”
