Joe Coffey Comments On WWE Release

Former WWE NXT star Joe Coffey has commented following he and the rest of Gallus’ release from the company on Friday.

WWE held it’s latest round of talent releases on Friday, May 2, which saw 17 names be released from the company across the main roster and NXT.

Among those names were former NXT Tag Team Champions Gallus, with all three of Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey and Wolfgang being released from the company.

Taking to Twitter, Joe Coffey has now commented for the first time since his release, saying:

If you were in the ring with us. You know. If you were in a locker room with us. You know.

We send our best wishes out to all of those names who were let go from the company on Friday.

Two released WWE NXT stars have since commented on reports that they were let go due to ‘not working hard in training’, which you can see here.
