Joe Hendry has revealed major plans to enter the Eurovision Song Contest in 2025 with a remixed version of his theme song.
Joe Hendry’s theme song has taken over the wrestling world in 2024, but if he is to get his way, it’ll expand beyond just the wrestling world in 2025 in a major way.
Taking to Twitter today, Joe Hendry revealed that he will be recording a remixed version of his theme song, and will be submitting the song for use in the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest.
He wrote:
It’s official. As I confirmed on BBC Radio Scotland About 4 months from now, we will submit:
‘I Believe In Joe Hendry (Eurovision Remix)’
In good time for the March deadline. No matter the outcome, this will be fun
Eurovision Song Contest rules require the song to be a new composition, which is why he will be releasing a remixed version of the song.
It needs to technically be a new composition and must be a certain length so needs reworked. We then have to win a national final to make the shortlist, but let’s give it a go
