WWE Raw Tag Team Champion Randy Orton celebrates the 20-year anniversary of his WWE debut this month, with many reflecting on his legacy in the industry.
Perhaps Orton’s greatest rival, at least in WWE’s eyes, is John Cena, as the two have faced off on multiple occasions over their careers.
Cena took to Twitter earlier today (April 21) to send his congratulations to Orton for his 20 years in WWE. Cena said:
For 20 years @RandyOrton has cemented his legacy as 1 of the greatest @WWE Superstars ever. I have the utmost respect for every achievement he’s earned & CONTINUES to earn. But my genuine love & admiration for him is in his maturity & growth as a human being. Here’s to RKO!
Cena also celebrates the 20-year anniversary of his WWE debut this year, as both him and Orton debuted in 2002. We recently took a look back at every WWE star who debuted in the year 2002 here.
