John Cena Announced As Playable Character In Another Video Game

Following his stint promoting WWE 2K23, 16-time World Champion John Cena has been announced for another video game.

Cena will be available as a playable character on PGA Tour 2K23, a golf simulator. Fans will be able to putt as Cena from April 7.

PGA Tour announced Cena for the game on Twitter, writing:

THE CHAMP IS HERE!

Did you see him? You’ll soon be able to play as the one and only JOHNNNN CENAAAA in #PGATOUR2K23! Coming April 7 👋 @JohnCena

The account also shared photos of Cena’s model in the game, whose attire resembles his Peacemaker costume.

Cena could be the WWE US Champion by the time he’s available to play as in this game.

The Hollywood star will return to the ring at WrestleMania 39 to challenge for Austin Theory’s gold.

While this match has been pushed as a marque match for the April 1 show, it has been confirmed that Cena vs Theory will open the show, and the WrestleMania event as a whole.

WWE has now confirmed the lineups for both the April 1 and April 2 cards.
