A cryptic John Cena social media post has fuelled speculation that the 16-time World Champion is planning his return to WWE.
John Cena uses his Instagram account to post ambiguous images without explanation. His most recent post has some thinking that The Champ could be thinking about resuming his WWE career.
Cena posted an image of the WWE logo. Considering The Champ is currently focusing on a number of non-wrestling projects, the WWE emblem stands out on his Instagram feed.

It is worth stating that Cena often uses Instagram to fuel speculation. Last month, Cena teased a match with NXT Champion Karrion Kross. The NXT talent had previously stated that he wanted to face the former WWE Champion in the future.
Cena hasn’t competed for WWE since March 2020, at WrestleMania 37. He is currently focusing on other projects, including the upcoming film, The Suicide Squad.
Cena was always close with Vince McMahon during his time with WWE. The 16-time World Champion has recently discussed his current relationship with the WWE Chairman.
