
Plans for John Cena’s return at the 2025 Royal Rumble premium live event have been revealed ahead of tonight’s show.
John Cena’s retirement tour is set to officially kick off tonight, as he enters the 2025 Royal Rumble match, hoping to win his record-tying third Rumble match, and earn a shot at his 17th World Championship at WrestleMania 41.
With this set to be Cena’s final year as a wrestler, there has been an update on his plans ahead of tonight’s Royal Rumble match.
Per PWInsider Elite (subscription required), Cena arrived in Indianapolis on Thursday, where he is having his Royal Rumble weekend documented by a camera crew.
With tonight’s Rumble set to officially kick off Cena’s final year as an in-ring competitor, the company is trying to get as much footage as possible for a future project involving him.
Cena officially declared for the Rumble back on the Netflix debut of Monday Night Raw on January 6.
