John Cena Reacts To Logan Paul WWE Crown Jewel Match

16-time World Champion John Cena has revealed that Logan Paul caught his attention with his impressive WWE Crown Jewel main event.

At the November 5 premium live event, the influencer challenged for Roman Reigns’ Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in his third ever match.

Paul wowed fans with his athleticism for almost 25 minutes, dropping Roman Reigns with a Buckshot Lariat, Superman Punches and a Frog Splash through the announcer’s table, which he filmed on his phone.

While Roman Reigns wasn’t willing to acknowledge Paul after the bout, John Cena was.

The former WWE Champion took to Instagram to share a photo of Logan Paul in his Crown Jewel wrestling gear inside Mrsool Park.

Cena uses his account to post images without explanation, but often uses Instagram to give nods to wrestlers who have impressed him, such as AEW star Max Caster following All Out pay-per-view.

Cena most recently wrestled on WWE TV at SummerSlam 2021, unsuccessfully challenging for Roman Reigns’ Universal Championship.

Unless Cena makes a shock in-ring return before the end of the year, 2022 will be the first calendar year since his debut that the star hasn’t wrestled a match of any variety.

John Cena last made a WWE appearance during the June 27 edition of Raw, exactly 20 years on from his WWE SmackDown debut against Kurt Angle in 2002.
